Request if any one has done a risk assessment for kitchen, utility  and restaurant areas.  Any reference would be much appreciated.

Yes, it's not a food borne illness. 

 

am thinking, at risk associated with people touching multiple touch points like cold storage etc in the kitchen, or any other areas that could be a cause, that has been worked on, that could serve as a guide.
