Does anyone know where I can find the microbial standard limit for food from CODEX & EU Food Regulations? I would like to use it as a reference for new incoming raw material and would like to compare the microbial limit from CODEX & EU. As up until now, I only found microbial limit for certain food products such as meat, eggs, milk etc. What about for other food such as wheat, food additives? Would appreciate if one could help me out.
