Labelling of Juice Sauces made with Juice and Flavors
Hello,
We make sauces (i.e. "Grapefruit Sauce") and then grapefruit juice is the primary juice we use to make it. However we also add other smaller amounts of lemon concentrates, natural grapefruit flavor, citric acid.
Is it still fine to label this as "Grapefruit Sauce"? Or do we need to say "flavored" somewhere?
It's fine to call it Grapefruit sauce - but the label should list all ingredients, including flavors, etc.

Thanks! These are called out later in the ingredient statement.

May help to know where you're based and, if different, what country/countries you're selling the product in - labelling regs aren't uniform across the globe ;)

USA. Apologies for not mentioning that.
