Mushrooms - Sawdust - Heat Treatment

I don't really get stumped that much, but when I do I normally can reach out to fellow consultant or two and get what I need - but we seem to be at a loss, so I am putting the questions here...

First, I am looking for a manufacturer of food grade bio-bags - these are about 65% plant based (non soy) with a slight greenish tint to them but still transparent.

They have to be thick enough to be packed with spawning material including sawdust, flax seed, millet and coconut fiber and be able to withstand a constant 200-220 degrees for 15-20 hours prior to be pulled out on racks and having employees complete "seeding" for spawning fungi.)

The second item I need is what company produces a walk-in steamer that will get this done - I can not seem to source it out.

Thank you.

OK, so I answered my own question on the steamer walk-in. I have a source for that now.

If anyone has any info for the bags, that would be helpful.
