Reusable Aprons for Production-Upcoming SQF audit

hello,

I bought the below aprons for the upcoming sqf audit we are going to have:

"MT Products Disposable White Heavy Weight Plastic/Poly Apron 46 inches x 28 inches - 2 Mil - Perfect for Cooking and Arts n' Crafts (50 Pieces)"

they are disposable and not reusable for the week or past a day but I was wondering if we would have issues with passing the audit if I buy stainless steel heavy duty hooks for production to hang the apron they are using for the day up on these hooks when they go off to lunch so that they can use only one apron a day. Please advise if there is an issue with this. I was also going to space out the hooks and label them with the production employees name so that they don't grab someone else's apron or share with others.

What do you use otherwise? Did I get thia right, that the only reason you got them is to pass an audit?

we were using extremely cheap like aprons also disposable. However, since these are more durable I want to know if they can be hung up for lunch by production employees so that they can only use 1 a day.

Yes, that should be fine.

We do what you are describing to do.  However, I will say that we received a minor with one of the auditors because we had not completed a a risk assessment on why they were safe to use all day rather than changing out at breaks since they are considered disposable and the SQF Code 11.3.3.5 is specific to change disposable aprons after each break.  We had been through 2 auditors before that one and they did not have an issue with it.  Therefore I would suggest completing a risk assessment just to cover yourself.
