As above mentioned , is Calcium Hypochloride (main compound) chemical can be used as sanitiser for office n common area during this Pandemic Covid-19?

I assume you refer to the powder form.
IMEX you should be prepared to be intensely unpopular with the unlucky people who have to handle it. It's nasty stuff.
