Guidelines for shipping peanuts with other produce

We currently have an allergen program written that addresses our peanut storage in our packing house facility.  My concern is there is nothing written that addresses how the peanuts will be shipped with other produce when going out to delivers to major vendors.  How should peanuts be segregated in the shipping trucks in correlation to the other produce.  FYI we do receive these peanuts from one of our growers in a 30lb mesh bag.

Thank you,

Stephen Hill

Are you operating under a GFSI standard?

You mention that nothing is written - what do you mean?

We are GFSI certified.  I am having to create an addendum to our Food Allergen Program that will incorporate the shipping of the Peanuts with other produce.
