Safe and effective chemicals for use in sanitisation chamber or disinfection tunnel

Hi Everyone.

 

Sanitisation chambers or disinfection tunnel are becoming common in the fight against Coronavirus.for full body sanitation

The tunnels are being installed at critical areas such a workplaces, hospitals,public buildings etc.(find youtube link below for such)

 

 

Any leads to the most effective sanitisation liquid  that can me sprayed as mist on staff sanitization tunnel that is less harmfull or toxic to the health and safety of the worker?

i will highly appreciate.
