Dear Solrac,

I would recommend you to mention "Toasted sesame oil" in the ingredient list which regards to nutritional value. Since it has undergone some process during extracting the oil it might changed the chemical or nutritional properties during toasting process. If you wish to mention "Sesame oil" only, refer some scientific research articles for an evidence that the oil has not changed its nutritional value.

Additionally, "Sesame" is an allergen so it must be mentioned and highlighted in the ingredient list.

2 Thanks

It depends on the country specific regulation for declaration, generally it's acceptable to declare as a sesame oil, as there will not much change in the nutritional parameter as it's oil also toasting is a processing method.
