We outsource distribution. What do I include in a truck breakdown procedure when we have no trucks.
Procedure for Load and Unload
Truck temp tracker, with special snowflake requirements
GFSI standards that include both manufactured and traded goods.
Including 3rd party storage and distribution HACCP in our own HACCP?
Changeover procedure for transition of FSSC22000 V5.1 to V6

Do you have agreements with your outsourced companies that covers what to do in the event of a breakdown (i.e. keep load secured, call dispatch, inform your company, etc)? If you do have agreements, then you can state you outsource your distribution and can reference the agreement and general details in your program.
