currently the company that i work for is undergoing fssc 22000 certification. I would like to ask if the internal laboratory should be iso 17025 certified in order to pass the fssc certification

No, your internal laboratory does not need to be ISO17025 certified.

I think it is either participating in a proficiency testing program or accreditation to ISO 17025. Does not have to be ISO 17025.
