Can undried inks affect the moisture of film?
Hi, I am doing a research and I will be needing your expertise and suggestion.
Does the moisture of the film will change or affected if the content of inks after printing process will not disappear?
Plastic film use in the packaging of food is a composite of various plastic and should contain a moisture baring component. The undried ink may be able to affect the moisture content of the plastic film but component of the film which is moisture baring should stop it from penetrating further and affect the moisture of the product.

No plastic is 100% barrier to moisture or gases such as oxygen.
Water in undried ink will migrate through plastic, even barrier plastic. However, the migration rate is so low that it should not significantly increase the moisture in the film.
If the ink is still wet, you may have delamination problems.
