SQF 2.1.2.8 Job Descriptions
I have a question about the job descriptions.
Job descriptions for those responsible for food safety - how detailed do they have to be?
Does the description just include what people are responsible for regarding food safety, or is their whole job description needed (responsibilities not relating to the food safety program)?

Not just what they are responsible for in food safety.
Like all job descriptions, it is detailed.
Everything! Also don't forget to include backup personnel when key ones are absent!
Everything, it will lead like the job description HR has. Also as noted you must have the back-ups / alternatives.
