Introducing the new Supplier Quality Management Solution

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Supplier Quality Management Solution. 

The new Supplier Quality Management solution is a standalone solution that exists in parallel to the Food Safety Management System and introduces major updates to Safefood 360° in respect of the core areas of Supplier Management which can now be conducted within the application to the most extreme rigors of international legislation, retailer and internal technical standards. Just joined the IFSQN group - have question concerning distribution of packaged foods and OTC vitamin/protein powder and drinks. Is FDA licensing required for warehousing and distribution of this type of product

It is possible you may have exemption based on the volume of goods you are trading, but I would suspect that you may find that you will need to register with the FDA in order to operate as a warehouse. I would recommend you review the code on the FDA website for exact guidance and how it reflects your situation.
