Hello Everyone,

We manufacture Olives and we receive ingredients and materials. However, our products comes from Olives from the Port (a company that only delivers containers), so the trucks are not sealed or padlocked. Additional, our materials (including food containers, boxes, lids, etc) come from a warehouse that they do not sealed or lock their trucks since they deliver to several people in the area. Should I modify my receiving procedure and just request driver information? Please advice...

Thank you!!

Since there is NO security on the trailers coming in - how do you currently check for tampering?  What do you do now upon a trailer delivery and what is driver information?
