Hello, I am looking for a HACCP writer (US east coast)...is that against the board policies?
We have a relatively simple plan similar to what has been posted here before, moving bulk product from one facility to repackage in another, but I am struggling getting the HACCP plan just right. It's probably 50% there, if anyone has experience and is interested in being hired for a few days to help me write this plan, please let me know.
