Recommendation for PH Meter to test hot viscous candy
Can anyone recommend a Professional Food Grade PH Meter and Probe for testing hot visous gummy candy? they can get quite expensive and i dont know enough to understand the benefits of the more expensive meters and all their features.
Is there a resource link that someone might also recommend to learn more or I would love to hear other members knowledge (especially in the pectin and hard candy business)
