SQF 11.2.10.5 All maintenance and other engineering contractors required to work on site shall be trained in the site's food safety and hygiene procedures, or shall be escorted at all times, until their work is completed.

SQF 2.3.3.2 A register of all contract service specifications shall be maintained.

Question:

What if the construction company that we contract with sub-contracts work...do we need to list those sub-contractors in our register?

Thank you!

You list the construction company - however, you default to the other requirements for the sub-contractors namely the training for each individual or full escort, not part time escort, but full escort.
