HACCP study comes under food safety topic. It is relevant to study in a particular subject.

Hi Wendy,

I assume the product is similar to the one you previously posted on.

Unfortunately I'm unlikely to be much direct help since it's totally outside my knowledge base.

I suggest you post an initial draft on the Forum for comments since there do seem to be some people here working in that area.

I also assume you are using iso22000:2018 which is rather unknown territory with respect to OPRPs/CCPs. Not much feedback here yet.
