Quality Manual Examples
Hello,
I just started to work in a local Bakery and I am initiating the Quality Manual , my background was mainly R&D and I am kind of new to the Quality world. They have a SQF Manual and a SQF certification. I need some examples in how to build my own program. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Well, I would say I don't have any procedure in writing I have to create all. The only thing that I have is SQF but barely touch sanitation or any quality control procedure related to our product.
