Hey guys,
I am not sure if I am alone in this but at my company I am definitely one of the very few who have any understanding about food safety. So I am helping them get on track with FSMA and other regulations. Being that we are an animal feed company we are in an industry that is lagging in this department so the number of people who understand the need for this are few. That being said as I am developing this and asking for help reviewing the documents from these locations I do not have adequately trained people reviewing the documents (specifically the written food safety plans). I have plans to get at least the plant managers adequately trained in the near future but as of now I was wondering does anyone have any suggestions or resources for people who would review a food safety plan to help catch areas that I may have missed? I admittedly am still learning this field and this industry,
Thank you in advance for any help/suggestions on resources.
