From the our global members,Can any body guide me for HACCP flow chart and ccp of Cassia Split and Tamarind kernel powder ?
Testing specification for Cassia Split and Tamarind kernel powder for each separately as per Codex and USA and EU norms

This is a tougher one since there is not a lot posted for thexe items specifically. I found a process flow for Tamarind Kernal Powder (http://www.mysoresta...cturing-process).
I couldnt find much for the split cassia, however I did find this spice HACCP which could point you in the right direction when creating your HACCP Plan (http://fsl.nmsu.edu/...nings2006-2.pdf).
