Hi mohamed,
The trends are fine.
But the 1Million dollar question is - how to interpret/act upon the trends ?

There may be (at least) 3 questions to answer after doing the charting -
(1) Is there a trend ?
(2) If yes, is the trend significant ?
(3) if yes, what is(are) an appropriate corrective action ?
The potential complexity is illustrated in this recent thread -
Indeed. As usual, the correct answer is "it depends".
I worked at a facility in north eastern Ohio for 6 years. Every year the trend for catches in light traps increased during the late spring to early fall.
Is it a trend? Yes, it is. Is it significant? Not really, because the rest of the year it was cold and snowing, thus less pest activity.
Mohammed, those are really good trend maps. I did mine weekly, but data is data and they should be perfectly fine for the OP's purposes.
But as Charles typed, is there a trend? If so, is it because you have more pests in the facility or is it just a function of nature and climate?
If your building fabric does not change, it's likely it's just a natural fluctuation in the amount of pests in nature.

Hi, Gel.
Before using dashboard in excel, it requires that you have a good working "table" that you can convert as dashboard. If you have individual sheet for each devices and insect, you will just likely to come up with a trend similar to without dashboard. Suggest that you first try to consolidate your sheet into one table and if you will "understand" that table, you can make it into a working dashboard that will faciliatte faster trend sharing.
One can share file here but it will always be depending on how can you interpret the data from your trends, as it will be meaningful or any dashboard will not be useful without good analysis.
P.S. Creating dashboard sometimes will take you longer time, weigh the importance of creating one vs the time you can allot in improving other FS that needs to be improved. If your current trends and analysis is working just fine and there are other things that needs improvement, suggest that focus first on the other things :) But if you are really interested I can help you with it.
