Thank you for your words of encouragement. I shared this with Simon and would like to share it with the rest of you (Reflecting why I am here):

I am very honored to have received this Member of the Month Award. I do not feel like I have deserved it but will gladly accept it as a 'job well done.' My goal is to continually help others and myself better understand food safety and all the underpinnings surrounding it. I believe that recognizing individuals for their contributions is a great way of showing concern and continual improvement; which I am big proponent of. I will continually strive to be a better resource here in all the ways that I can. Thank you for this gift and recognition; it means a lot
