Hi everyone,

Could anyone please send me an example of rework procedure for washed and packed salad bags?

Is it possible to transfer packed salad bags from low risk environment back to High Care without any sanitising step?

Many Thanks

I don't know but I wouldn't risk it. Why is the other high care?  Whats the risk

Hi Scampi,

Thank you for your reply.

The High care is a segregated area for washed salad only. and the Low risk is where we have packed salad.

The product flows from intake-------High Care-----------------Low Risk.

I want to reduce wastage and rework the bags which are discarded in the low risk because of seal contamination or leak in the bag.

The main risk in Micro introduction in High Care. It's not a high risk product but is high care but not sure how can we rework the packed bags.

Hope this makes sense.

Many Thanks

Deepti
