Hi, I work with a manufacturing company that uses glass and would like a sample procedure to verify that our containers are being properly closed. A temple for a procedure and cheek list would be ideal.
Do we really need a map of glass and brittle plastic items?
How should glass and brittle plastics be managed in trucks and hysters that enter and exit scope areas?
Glass Tupperware in a food manufacturing facility that has a separate Non-GMP lunchroom?

Can you please give a little more detail as to the type of glass container that you are using and the type of closure?
In the beverage industry, glass bottles and associated closures have an industry standard as to the crimp and removal torque of specific types of closures. There are also industry accepted methods for testing.
