Ethical standards guidance
Hi Folks,
We know IFSQN is the best forum to discuss food safety issues. But as MR for food industry, we are getting into other managment systems too.
Now my worry is my management forcing me to ensure ETHICAL STANDARD like SA 8000 compliance.
Please Suggest the best platforms to address and participate in these systems
I get involved in this too. It's like because "ethical audit" has "audit" in the title, it's suddenly my job!
Thing is I approach it like every other issue. What's the standard? Get a copy, do a gap analysis, internally audit against it, close any gaps then you'll be fine.
