Calibration certificate for analytical instrumentation
Hello all! I am looking for information on what is required on a calibration cert for analytical instrumentation that is used for CCP analysis and release of product. What information must be on the certificate and what information needs to be supplied by the company/manufacturer who is supplying the equipment. The only thing that is mentioned is that it be calibrated to national or international standards. If temperature is factored into the measurement would something like NIST traceable temperature testing be required on a cal cert?
Thank you!

Hi Veronica,
It depends on the "Equipment" ? Thermometer ?
It is a water activity meter. Water activity is temperature dependent so should temperature calibration be done in addition to the water activity calibration if the instrument is temperature controlled. Would that be needed on the cal cert or does it matter?
