Electroresistance vs laser diffraction - which is better for PSD analysis of dairy cream fat cells in the 0.5 to 3 micron range? Or is there another method that you prefer?
Thanks for the information and insights!

Hi Watanka
I believe you will find that Laser Diffraction is the most common and accurate method for measuring emulsion particle sizes.

A cheaper alternative is under the microscope (hanging drop procedure). This method is more time consuming and requires a bit more expertise though.
