yeah i say unique because in indonesia they still think money first than the safety, especially in food safety.

Hi Rainer, I would guess that isn't the position of the whole of Indonesia.  There are businesses in all countries that put money before all else and until there is a driver for change then nothing changes.  Drivers to improve food safety normally come from regulations, customer demands, cost incurred such as complaints, rejects, waste and recalls.  All you can do from your position is try and do the best you can to implement perhaps the most critical parts of your food safety system and try to influence senior management by providing information on how an effective food safety management system can benefit and add value to the business.  it's not easy, but in this way tou may be able to accelerate change.  If you really cannot make progress it is perhaps time for a new job.
