I'm Richmond Victor Ejanda
Consulting Food Technologist from the Philippines.

Here's my bio:

Richmond Victor Ejanda is a graduate of BS Food Technology at the University of Santo Tomas. He worked at San Miguel Mills, Inc. as a Field Operations Specialist. He is the author of the controversial book, Cheater’s Digest (PSICOM Publishing, Inc., 2011) which focuses about the irregularities of learning. He is the Chief Executive Officer and the Founder of Food, Health & Science (FH&S) magazine which was officially launched in 2013, the First Food Technology and Nutrition Magazine in the Philippines. He had written more than 50 research articles and conducted research and development experiments which were published in FH&S. He focused in a consumer science study in Food Psychology entitled The Psychology of Food Aesthetics: A Persuasive Approach of Food Companies to Attract Consumers and a simultaneous discussion in Advance Food Preparation and Styling, and Food Photography. He also conducts food science seminars in different universities and communities. He's now promoting a new study focus in the Philippine Food Industry: From Kitchen to Laboratory, To Manufacturing - The Emerging Trend of Gastrophysics. He is currently a Food Technology Production and Quality Improvement Consultant at Annie Candy Manufacturing, makers of Hany and Chocnut Milk Chocolate, and QA/QC Consultant at Dairy Technologies Corporation. He also works as a R&D Consultant in Azuree Inc. carrying the brand of "Schlurp" RTD beverages. He is a QAQC and R&D Consultant at Glorious Industrial Development Corp. He is currently writing his 1st Technical Illustrated Cookbook entitled "Kuisina Gastronomika" under VIVA PSICOM Publishing and to co-author the 2nd Edition book "Food Technology and Globalization" under Merriam-Webster Publishing. He is one of the co-authors in the 2nd edition textbook "Introduction to Food Technology Volumes 1 and 2." He appeared on television shows TV 5’s The Medyo Late Night Show with Jojo A., UNTV’s Rise and Shine, GMANewsTV's Ijuander and GMA7's Unang Hirit.
