Good morning from South Africa! I am currently involved with two factories (same company). Both needs to do refresher training for their HACCP team members. The one factory only supplies to the local market and the other one exports to Europe, US, etc. This factory does have BRC, IFS in place. What is the measures that I will use to evaluate external companies that will perform this training for us? I need general aspects for the local market factory, but also more specific for the factory that exports. Does these trainers need some kind of certification?
