Hello,  As I've read from a few others. I am new to the food safety world.  Recently received my HACCP certificate and have moved into a compliance role in my company.  We have an NSF audit in the next coming weeks and I have a feeling I'll be picking all of your brains.  thank you for letting me about aboard.
