Dear B. Nowak,
Such procedure should include:
- hygiene rules for engineers, to prevent contamination;
- release by production/ documented hygiene clearance procedure, which records that product contamination hazards have been removed from machinery and equipment;
- the materials that can be used when there is possible contact with food;
- time scale to realise permanent repair;
- control measures to check that the temporary repair is not a food contamination risk;
- the failures that might be fixed with temporary repairs.
Probably, some one else, can complete this list.
