My company, now in its 3rd year of BRC certification, has begun contracting warehouse facilities. Are we required by BRC to maintain traceability from the warehouses to the customers or does our responsibility end at the warehouse, requiring them to do so from that point on?

Have your products got trace information on e.g. label with unique trace ID code?

We are a BRC certified facility, and during our audit last month, we were still required to trace product all the way to the customer...could not stop at the 3rd party warehouse.
