Some HACCP kitchens install ozone generator to wash and rinse hands for personnel right after the curtain before entering production area.

Sensor operated units prevent cross contamination and 4 ppm ozonated water for hand wash application eliminates undesired bacteria without leaving any residual on hand. Ozone reverts back to oxygen after completing its rapid and effective disinfection property.

Is there anyone using these units? Your feedback is highly appreciated.
