What products and what packaging.? It is a very general question to give a specific answer.
Canned fish next to canned vegetables is no issue if the cans are clean and do not leak
Rice flour next to Soya flour in woven bags is another issue.

In general it is best practice to keep allergen products segregated either by distance or by height. (Other end of the warehouse or one product on the bottom rack and the other on the top) depending on your allergen control plan.

HI I.G,

It also depends how your finished products are packed. If all products are in their primary, secondary and then tertiary packaging. the risk of contamination is minimum and as Cosmo said depends on type of allergens.e.g powder, liquid or solids.
Of course powder are difficult to control then solids and liquid but at the same time you also need to risk asses severity of these allergen.e.g small amount of peanut can be very sever as compare to gluten..

i hope it helps.
