Responsible for the food, service,health and safety measures of the restaurant.
Monitoring the business performance of the restaurants and the employees itself.
Responsibilities
Prepares reports at the end of the week/shift including staff control, sales, food control and sales.
Respond for a customer complaints and provide good customer service.
Creating and meeting the goals of the company respectively.
Training and motivating the staff accurately.
Requirements
Proficient in English and Filipino
Willing to be train and work in shifting schedules
Flexible and result-oriented
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Restaurant Management or any related course
Must have at least 1-2 years working experience in a Restaurant or in a similar setting
Has excellent oral and written English skills
Is responsible and has excellent follow up skills
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Must be aggressive and can represent the restaurant to different clients and vendors
Preferably has a background in Marketing
