Hi everyone,
I'm a French guy who lives in Norway.
I have a MSc in Agricultural, Food and Nutrition sciences and work as a QA Engenieer for a company that produces dehyrated foods.
We are currently working on a FSSC 22000 sertification and I take care of our food safety system.
These forums are really interesting and I am looking forward to discussing HACCP and PRPs with you all
