Sampling acceptance rejection criterion requirement for SQF?

Is anyone acquainted with the sampling/ acceptance rejection criterion requirement for SQF? If any?

SQF doesn't mandate sampling. It does require that sampling and testing follows recognized methods and that you define your criteria and include it (where appropriate) on raw material, work in progress or finished product specifications. The code covers so many foods, it isn't practical to list actual accept / reject crieteria. Rather, they expect the company to logically or scientifically determine their criteria based on food safety and risk and document those decisions. See SQF 4.5.4
