Understanding ISO 22000 - an international food safety management system

This seminar, jointly organised by CCFRA and EFSIS (European Food Safety Inspection Service) will provide delegates with an awareness of the background to this proposed new Standard and the latest news on its development. There will be presentations explaining the clauses of the Standard, the potential benefits from implementing the Standard and an understanding of the preparation requirements for both industry and the auditing bodies. Eminent speakers, including a number directly involved in developing the Standard, will answer questions during an open forum session.
The event will be of specific interest to managers responsible for HACCP and Quality Management Systems in the food industry and to personnel wishing to gain an insight into the possible future of third party auditing.
